I was looking through some photos from my time in Spain last year and remembered these. Nora was my host family's dog, and was just as sweet as could be. My host family found her running loose in the streets of Madrid, cleaned and fattened her up, and then were going to find her a new home. (She's rather large for an apartment dog.) Well, they couldn't bear to part with her, so she's been with them ever since. They think she might be a Catalan Shepherd (example: [link
