    I went to the reception our town had for Lance Mackey last night. It was fun! I wrote it up on my blog. You can click on the link in my sig to get there.

    They had a nice ice carving of a sled dog outside the front door. The dogs were there getting petted, too. [:D]

    I think he ran in the Iditerod.  I may be wrong though.

    He WON the Iditarod, and he WON the Yukon Quest, both this year. In addition, he completely demolished the fastest time for the Yukon Quest by HOURS. [:D]

    I have to say, he was one of the most genial, patient and caring people I've met in a long time. [:)]
