Ok, so one of the foster parents for our shelter was going out of the country for ten days and sent out an SOS because they needed to find someone to take in a litter of five pups while they were gone. The pups are 12 weeks old and are what we call "michigan brown dogs" which means that they probably have so many breeds in them that they are the typical short hair, medium sized, brown colored dogs that you get as the genaric dog when dogs are allowed to interbreed. Only one of them is black/tan as you'll see in hte pictures. Anyhow, so I think to myself "O, I can take one for ten days, it wont be too hard". HA famous last words!!! now I know why I keep saying I only want to foster adult dogs. I swear, these puppies either pee or poop every ten minutes, talk about a lot of work!!!! They are awfully cute, but come bedtime the hour or so of yipping and crying (which I am of course completely ignoring) gets to be a bit much. And because I just like to torture myself, today the lady that had the other four from the litter was getting completely burned out so I told her I'd take another puppy so she'd have less to keep an eye on and clean up after (hopefully someone else is going to take the other ones off her hands). So ya, now I have two very cute puppys in my house and I just have to share pictures. I dont know if you can tell or not, but these are the two from the litter that are actually longer like a dachhound or corgi.
