Sekc's Zoo Christmas pics...

I spent 10 years making dog coats, party collars and a dress for Nina Monkeybutt so I could take pics to make Christmas cards. Unfortunately, Nina Monkeybutt wouldn't cooperate. This was the only pic I managed to get of her...

So it's only going to be the Boy and the dogs for the Christmas card...

Because they're the only ones who behaved through the whole photo shoot, it's no wonder I have 3 dogs and 1 child(although Shiloh the Big Grump stopped cooperating too)...

Now onto random crackhead action. I was feeding all the critters in the terrarium and the tree frog put the chomp on a cricket...

Oddly enough, so did this gentleman....

That was then...

This is now...

I bought the dogs a new bed and Souffle was taking a nap in it...

Shelby decided to take a nap on my freshly folded clothes...

Why waste money on a dog bed when they can use the laundry basket?

Those are great pics! Shelby is really staring to fill out and get some wrinkles on her little head. I love the video too! Boy did she get some revenge!

Dogs are drawn to clean clothes. Roxie loves to stretch out on the couch and knock neatly folded clothes into the floor with her enormous feet. She feigns innocence, but I'm starting to wonder ... [

Love the pictures! My fav is Souffle in the dogbed, with his little red toenails peeking out. He has the greatest expression.

Question: When you make the party collars approx how many yards of ribbon does it take for Shiloh's collar and what do you attach the ribbon to?

I will be doing Christmas manicures on all of us. I just have to find the time to do so. I'm hoping by tonight or by Wednesday.

Question: When you make the party collars approx how many yards of ribbon does it take for Shiloh's collar and what do you attach the ribbon to?

I believe I used 15-20 yards of ribbon(1 and 1/2 inch and 7/8 inch wide Organdy ribbon). I'm not quite sure how much I used as I made 4 collars but I bought quite a few rolls so I wouldn't have to keep running out to the material store. I attached the ribbon to 3/8 inch elastic. I used a pattern made by [linkhttp://www.kwiksew.com/Patterns/P3258_3277/3260.cfm]Kwik Sew[/link]. They were easy to make and I jazzed them up by adding sequins to the end of them.
