Fun at the Dog Park! dial up beware

Ok, well today was beautiful and I'm home from school, so the first thing I do? High-tail it to the dog park with the camera! I've been wanting to do that for a while, and I'm glad I did [

] Unfortunately it was a little *too* sunny, so some of the pictures look a little washed out... but meh, got some good action shots, so that's all that matters [

] Sorry if there's too many...this isn't even half of them!

When we first got there, there was only one dog: a beautiful German Shepherd Dog who's owner was throwing him some nice tennis balls and which he was graciously catching...actually I think he may have been a foster dog, but we didn't talk much to the owner so I'm not sure. Didn't catch his name...

Oops, that one's small...oh well..

Then this cutie wandered in! At first glance I thought "oh no, Labradoodle..." but upon closer inspection I deduced that he must be a Wolfhound mix of some sort because of his wirey coat. I thought maybe Wolfhound/Bloodhound cause of the black saddle and pendulous ears he's got. Cute in any case

Ugh...I dunno why they're so small...stupid Photobucket...

] Silly dog is so anti-social, all she does is just wander around and sniff things and dribble foot long strands of drool...

I don't know why half of those are pint-sized...they're all the same size on my computer, and it's quite aggravating really... Oh well, I guess you can get the gist of em... I hope to go to the park again sometime this weekend so maybe I'll have more pictures to post [

Nikki and Roscoe are related. Regulars at the dog park have started calling him "slobber-dog" [8|]

Oh, I forgot to mention. I love all the pictures. And is that a fuzzy Corgi or the world's fattest Corgi??

LOL Jen! That dog does look kinda fat!

Great shots. I keep meaning to take my camera to my mom's when I go to get action shots of all our dogs playing, since that is as close to a dog park as Boss will ever get.

I love to watch dogs playing and having fun.

It was a longhaired corgi...at least that's whta it looked like (though I didn't know they could have long hair...)! I don't think it was fat at all...which is surprising. It does look...bloated...or something in that picture [

] Nikki actually wasn't quite as drooly today as she normally is, typically she'll have strands that hang all the way down to the ground and drag, collecting wood chips... everyone makes fun of her for it!

Great action shots! Roxy my doxie/beagle mix does the drooling thing too- I think its a hound thing!

Tank sometimes get the long drool. Glad to see your dogs do it. My other dogs don't and was a little worried. GREAT pictures. I'm not very good at getting action shots...
