Marlowe & Conrad

So, I just got a really awesome mash note on Marlowe's behalf in my inbox. As requested, here's a couple more pictures! Also making an appearance, Marlowe's older brother Conrad, the bloodhound mix. Making an additional appearance (now that I look at it): the sorry state of my lawn. Yeah, we live in the city and our yard is like a postage stamp and there's only so much Rampaging Hound each square foot of grass can take before it just starts to get that Abandoned Lot look to it.

I'm new here, so I guess this serves as my introduction. These here are my dogs, and lord do I love them! We've had Conrad for 4 years now and Marlowe is a new arrival, joining us in April. Both are from shelters. They are, in a word, splendid.

fainting I'm so in love with your boys! Conrad is a very handsome boy but it's Marlowe & his humongous ears that has my heart. Please give them both forehead kisses from their number 2 fan. You, of course, are their number 1 fan. [

I think Conrad is the darker one, Annie.

Oh, Annie we are going to go to war over the fan thing again! I think I am their #2a fan. lol cute doggies
But I am also a #2 fan of Mr. Rupert! and Grady and Aspen, Oh my.

Splendid seems like a perfect word for them. They are absolutely handsome hound doggies! Thanks for sharing the pictures.

And I completely sympathize with you on the state for your lawn. At least yours looks a little green--mine is patchy and brown! [:'(]

Just love those two faces - they have these sad eyes that just melt your heart.
