    how do i delete my own post?  For that matter how do i ;post a picture?

    While i'm at it, where do i go to change my password ?

    I don't know if you can delete a post.

    To post a picture, click "click here to upload" above the "add signature" box, and check the "embed picture in post" box.

    To change your password, click "my profile" next to "login".

    In the post you'll see "File" on the bar..to the right of that block is "Click here to upload!" Click on that and a box will come up to browse..select your picture and upload it. Once you do click in the box that says "Embed picture in post and click "OK" you're done
