Well, you began here, Julie -- so you're off to a good start! 
Tina, allergies are a nightmare here right now, too. I try not to rub/scratch my eyes, but it's very hard not to.
Ruby got the OK for Nylabones again. We got her a new one. You should've seen how excited she was to have it. We also got some special wipes for her teeth -- and she let DH use one last night, so that's good. The wipes are by Paul Mitchell -- the hair product company. I had no idea they had pet products, too. They may not be as good as brushing her teeth, but it's better than nothing and will hopefully help prevent a little plaque build-up.
From Karen's post at the end of yesterday's thread: I'm glad Bugsy was willing to be the pittie's playmate. I know how those owners feel about encountering the biases many people have when you've got a pitbull. It's too bad when good, responsible owners are trying to do something valuable with their pittie, by socializing him/her, engaging with others, etc., but are often faced with attitudes that create an obstacle for them.
Short day today -- I've got an appointment at 11:30 and won't be coming back to the office, so I hope to spend some time in the backyard with Ruby while the weather is so nice!
