RonnieO is home!

RonnieO is home and is settling in. Mozey and he are getting along well--they are very willing to play, romp around together, and then take their naps. I think Mozey is glad to have a brother again! Here's a phone picture of RonnieO in the car on the ferry. (Better pictures to come, after he has a bath tomorrow :-)

Greetings, RonnieO! What a handsome boy. You're going to love your new island life with a wonderful human extended family and your sweet sister, Mozey!

looking forward to some pics of them together, Kate. Glad he's settling in nicely already!

He had his "post adoption" vet appointment today, and it went well. He needs to have a dental/teeth cleaning, but the vet wants to wait 6 months until he has fully settled in. They did a full blood panel on him, and I'll get those results tomorrow.

We went for a really long walk after the appointment and he slept like a log while we waited for the ferry. So, he was well rested when we got home and was a wild man for a bit. Mozey was glad to see him when he got home and they played for awhile. Now, she's chilling out for awhile--she can't keep up with the youngster!
