National Justice for Animals Week 2/16 to 2/22

This week is Justice for Animal Week. Make sure to keep an eye out for animals that may be in trouble, left outside, being mistreated. We have to be their voice! If you see an animal being abused call the police or your local animal shelter. You don't have to give your name, it's up to us to call and speak up for them.

I have always been an advocate , in the past it was for foster kids and I ran a group home with 8 teen boys at a time. Now, I have turned attention to the many pets in need of help and just started fostering my first one. Along with my large dog and 3 cats, that makes an interesting household. I also am a writer for the Colorado Springs Rescue Animal Examiner online.   I think everyone has a responsibility to right wrongs whenever possible and that sure applies to many homeless and mistreated animals.

Losing a pet is one of the most stressful things ever, and I totally get how heartbreaking it can be. The discussion here really highlights how important it is to act quickly and use every possible resource to bring them home. If you ever find yourself in that situation, I highly recommend checking out this source pawboost.pissedconsumer.com/review.html They do an amazing job helping lost pets reunite with their families by spreading the word through local networks. It’s definitely one of the best tools out there when time is critical. Hoping no one ever has to go through it, but it’s good to know there’s help out there!
