Hi welcome to the forum, you have a beautiful pup! I see spaniel in there somewhere, Clumber Spaniels are mostly white with spots like his, but look heavier than your dog, he doesn't have the color of a Brittany but some of the pictures I looked at remind me of him a little bit. Very nice keep posting!

Not a lot I can contribute here, except to say that your dog (Lee) is both adorable and very distinguished looking.

Spaniel, I never thought of that, I'll look that up and see! thanks!

JBRAYSHAW - He is very distinguished - he almost always sits just like the photo in my profile - head high and front paws crossed....what you can't see in the photo though, is that he puts his legs straight out like a frog! Apparently it means he has good joints...so I've heard! I'll see if I have a photo and post it. It looks hilarious!

It's funny as I think someone else mentioned it.....The first breed I thought of when I saw, I think it was, the 3rd picture down was a clumber spaniel. It's the picture where he is sitting and you see the side view of his head. When you look up clumber spaniel, the colors are very much like your dogs. It is hard to believe that he'd be a clumber spaniel mix, as it is certainly not a breed that you see very many of. Though there may be someone out there who has been irresponsible and their clumber spaniel bred with another breed of dog. Check through ads of dogs for sale in your area and see if you see any clumber spaniels.

@kristinale: to say I am jealous of your dog is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Love to know if you ever got to the bottom of the mystery of his origins!
