Legend of Sleepy Hollow (Ruby's version)

LOL!  She looks so adorable in that costume!  The headless horseman looks pretty scary too, for a pumpkin head. lol   I'd love to have Ruby galloping up behind me and would shower her with doggie treats. :)

I wish I'd zoomed in a bit more --- you'd see that the pumpkin head has a big smile on his face.  Super scary!  I also told DH that we should've thought to lure Ruby up on her hind legs (he was holding treats to keep her still and looking straight ahead).  It would've been funnier if she'd looked like a horse rearing up, like you often see in the Sleepy Hollow illustrations.  Oh well . . . she wasn't happy, so we were lucky to get any photo at all!

Hmmmmm . . . maybe I should put the costume on her tonight while we answer the door.  That might take some of the "pee-and-vinegar" out of her so she'll be a little calmer!  

Tracy, I just got a text from Karen.  She's sitting in a seminar and looked at Ruby's Halloween picture and burst out laughing and disturbed the whole class. :)  She asked me to tell you.  

  Editing to say the text was from Deb not Karen.  She's in the focus and something or other seminar.  She's obviously focusing on the fun stuff.

Dusty sympathizes with you.  We dressed her as a hot dog to come trick or treating with the kids.  She wasn't impressed, but EVERYONE noticed/commented on her.

Oh my...how did I miss Ruby's costume?  I love it! 

Been away to the Agility Nationals and then down to Louisiana to visit my brother and family, so I'm just seeing this. How creative is that!! Wow I love it. Ruby says not so much that she loves it.
