New topic and paragraph breaks

This is sort of a test. When I click on "new topic" it loads the screen where I type. However there is no option for use rich text format. So it seems the default is plain text for posting new topics? And it does not allow for paragraph breaks automatically (I put a break in right before this sentence btw)

When I reply to a thread by "join the conversation" in the box below the options are to automatically type (quick add) or I can click on "use rich formatting"

If I quick add paragraph breaks work

If I use rich formatting paragraph breaks do other work

Nope. So, people have been saying to use rich text formatting but in My expe rience pp breaks don't work in rich text. Typing from my phone using dolphin nrowser

I think it's your dolphin :) I seem to be doing ok with I.E.
