    Deb, is there a picture missing after "now this"?

    I'm still struggling with a vendor rep that can't seem to understand that our corporate Amex was billed for a charge that isn't ours. This was an all-day affair yesterday. I'm getting ready to turn it over to Amex to handle.

    Better make me a double of that drink, sans coconut rum.

    @sharismom

    Deb, is there a picture missing after "now this"?

    Yeah, can't you see it ?  I see it (but I see a lot of things that don't actually exist - I blame the Vodka).  Anyway, it's a picture of the NJ boardwalk burning.  It burned down yesterday after we spent about 939 gazillion dollars rebuilding it after Sandy.

     Can anyone else see the picture, or is it really only me ?  Paranoia rears its ugly head again - I blame the Vodka.

    I see the second pic, Deb.  Tina's just not drinking enough.

    Saw this on the news last night.  Unfrickingbelievable.  :(

    Belle must have pulled a muscle trying to get that opossum yesterday.  She is not moving well.  That didn't stop her from wanting to play yesterday.  She was pretty put out with me for making her go back inside while the other dogs played.

    Seaside Park, right??  Lordy that is so sad.  I am *not* in a great mood this morning anyway *sigh*

    Orlando is such a weird place nature-wise -- SO much building all the time and yet there exists so much of nature that has "adapted".  A big "avenue" (6 lanes, close to residential, grassy verge in the middle) intersects with an even bigger boulevard on my way to work.  One of the biggest intersections in my area.  There's been a little dark brown wild bunny I've seen several times on "my" side of the road where it borders a lake.  Seen him a couple of times WAY too close to the road.  *sigh* .... he won't be doing that again.  All that was left was a little tiny bit of that dark brown fur.   Yep .. this is me, I cried my way to work.

    I love to see the wildlife (and it is SO abundant here even *in* such busy urban areas) but at the same time I hate to see it because you just know they'll wind up road kill.    Every time I saw him I kept thinking "Get away from the road you silly thing!"

    Sorry - don't mean to be Debbie Downer.  At least it's Friday.  Hallellujah for that!

    Deb I am so sorry to see that your state is once again facing a disaster.  I saw it on the new yesterday.  I also see your picture...  It is very sad.

    I will take 2 of those cocktails.  Hubby's car is grounded...$400.00+ to fix it so I have been doing some creative financing to see where to get that.  In the meantime the place that provides his Bi-pap (breathing equip) called to inform me that repairs to it will be 298.00.  I am hoping insurance will cover that one.  If not .... mmmmm .... I will have to get very creative :)

    Callie I am sorry your day started like that, poor bunny.   I live in rural Arkansas and we see the same thing on our country roads.  Less traffic but all the little creatures still tend to hang out in the road.

    Yea for Friday, I am ready.

    OH HAI! I finally found everyone. I've been checking the General Chat daily, thinking everyone has given up on the forum for a while. DUH! Someone keep the daily drinks from me... I don't need to kill any more brain cells apparently.
