First time Actually Hiking! too cute

Mom bought him a backpack for when we go hiking, he loved wearing it, and now gets excited if he sees it.. Man am I in trouble1

I got a back pack for my Shadow and he loved it. He carried our water and he ball in the yard. So cute I was needing a fix for pics :)

What a nice back pack! Someone suggested we use one for Ruby on our regular walks to help tire her out (putting a couple water bottles or canned goods in it). I like that one, and I'm glad your pup likes it!

Also, it looks like you have a beautiful area to hike. I loved those photos with all the trees and leaves --- just gorgeous. What autumn should look like!!

great pics and a terrific idea. we've been hiking/camping a lot lately. i never thought of letting the dogs carry their own gear! i'm gonna have to get a doggy backpack! do you know where it's from?

I actually just got mine at Pet Supplies Plus, I think was only $22 or something like that.

No worries he only had a bottle of water in there some poop bags and hes fabric water dish.. I didn't wanna stress him too much! (the water depleted quickly, cause we were out for a few hours.. and I carried the rest in my backpack.)

The are is amazing, if you guys are ever looking for a great place to camp/hike Ohio is definitely awesome! I have a few national parks and tons of stuff within driving distance, I might hate the snow, but this is the reason I stay :D

I got Shadow's backpack on Dog.com :) As a matter of fact they didnt have one and they found one for me. I dont know if they still carry them but they didnt take long to find what I needed. That is how I originally found this wonderful forum.
