• kpwlee Posted : 10/11/2012 1:04:00 PM Tracy its a public lake, owned and run by the city of Raleigh. It doesn't have much of a trail system but you can do a bit of a walk near it. I am not sure why it isn't utilized more ( not that I want it to be) During the summer it can be busy with boaters but no swimming is allowed, which I guess is a factor in its lack of use.
