Oh, I'm so sad to hear about Souffle.  What a lovely tribute you prepared on your blog.

Souffle was a special forum dog.  I always loved seeing the photos you posted of him and Shelby, especially in their adoroble Halloween costumes.  One of my all-time favorite photos in my years on the forum is the one of the dogs (and the kids) in their matching clown outfits.  I must've shown that photo to a dozen people, and I went back to look at it many, many times.  I also think his was the best dog name ever.  Every time I hear the word "souffle," I think of his sweet little face.

I'm very sorry for your loss.  I'm sure your heart will be very heavy as you adjust to his physical absence, but he'll always be with you in spirit!  Thank you for posting this thread.  I'm not on Facebook, so I wouldn't have heard the news.  Keeping you (and all the humans and pets in your household) in my thoughts at this sad time. 

Run free, Souffle.  You were a very loved little guy, and you'll be greatly missed.

I was thinking the very same thing. I don't know how I missed your post the other day but I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know that that little guy was very, very special to you and how sad you must be. (((Hugs)))
