What is the saying that grates on your nerves most often?

"I don't mean (or just Not) to interrupt..." and "I don't mean (or just Not) to offend...."  spoken right before the speaker does that exact thing.  Saying "I don't mean to" in front of something does not  change the fact that it is exactly what you are doing.  Saying it afterwards doesn't fix it either.

Not a phrase, but misuse of the word "literally" is one of my biggest pet peeves.

LOL Deb!  Not the least surprised.

One I hear a lot at the office when people show up 30 minutes late for a meeting....well, at least I called!  Ummm, yeah?  I was still sitting here waiting for 30 minutes.

But probably the one that annoys me the most simply because even in initials it's offensive to me is 'O ... M ... .G'.  You see it, you hear it, and now people just say the initials because "everyone knows what it means".

This one just bugs the hell out of me. My mom said OMG once. I know there are acronyms we speak on a regular basis, but I am not ready to speak net speak. If I every hear someone speak LOL instead of actually laughing, I'll probably tear the person to shreds.
