Happy Birthday, Coke!

Coke's sixth birthday was last Saturday. I was at a tournament in Ohio with my GSDs so Coke enjoyed a (HOT) weekend with DH. After it cooled off (to the mid-90s) this week I got Coke to sit still for a raw hot dog and took his birthday pictures. For his birthday we installed a window AC unit in our bedroom. His current haircut is a bit of a chop job but it was sooo hot and he flipped out when I tried to use electric clippers so I scissor cut him again. He still looks like a floofy lion after two days of trimming.

That cracked me up! Sounds like a perfect birthday gift to me! He is such a gorgeous dog -- I can just imagine what it feels like to sink your hands into that thick mane of fur. What a handsome boy!

Happy Birthday Coke!

I had to laugh, you got the a/c for the dog not for yourselves! SO typical of us pet lovers, ha ha haaa. I'm sure Coke will permit you to enjoy the coolness too.

You captured some wonderful photos! The first one is grand, his tail is out and up and SOOOOO full! WOW! The 3rd and 4th ones, I think the 4th is my fave.
