Is it really Sunday evening already? :(

I know! This weekend went by way too fast.

I put an update on Buddy's rainbow bridge post if anyone is interested.

I took Willa to go see Brave today. It was good, but a bit too intense at times for a 4-year-old. Towards the end she sat in my lap and I had to cover her eyes a few times. She really enjoys going to the movies, though. She got an icee and we shared popcorn. Then as we were getting in the car to leave, DH called and said that he and Sonja were in town because they had just finished up some errands, and wanted to know if we wanted to go out for ice cream! Well yes of course we do!

Then later I picked up a NOMMY pizza for dinner, and for dessert we finished off the brownies I had made yesterday.

So it was a completely unhealthy and gluttonous day all around, and my pot belly is so bulging that I look like I'm 4 months pregnant. lol! Good thing I have all that saggy mom belly skin for expansion.

 My grandpa lives in Hudson, FL. If you saw the news the other day about the house falling into the sink hole, that's a mile from him, and in his neighborhood. First they have houses falling into holes, and now they're going to get pounded with rain for days. I hope everyone stays safe there.

Actually, I'm about at that point myself after the pulled pork dinner, along with corn and coleslaw, followed by a piece of cake (the thought of a roller coaster doesn't sound good right now, Jen).  We had plenty of leftovers -- wish you could've shared them with us, Cathy!

I was wondering if you found out about Buddy . . . I'll read your update, Janice.

Off to enjoy what's left of the weekend.  Why do they fly by??
