    I'm a bit late, but congratulations!  It sounds like an excellent opportunity.  Does it involve going somewhere for the education and training, or is it something you do from home as self-study or online?  I hope it means you go to some kind of class or seminar location where you get to meet other professionals in your industry.  That would be cool!  Well done!
