this is my 1st visit to this forum, so i would like to say hi to all dog lovers worldwide.
My name is Clive Treliving, i am secretary to the Sussex Bulldog club of Great Britain.Some of you may not have heard of the Sussex Bulldog as yet, so i will give you a short run down on the breed. The Sussex Bulldog is the result of over 20 years of development by David Brown. The 1st registration for the breed was awarded in 1984 by The Animal research foundation of Europe in the Netherlands. In 1999 Mr Brown Selected a panel of trusted associates including myself to form the S.B.A. & S.B.C.G.B. The Breed has seen steady growth in popularity, and is now known in many countrys in all continents.
I have owned Sussex Bulldogs and assisted the breeding programme now for more than 10 years, my passion for the breed is matched only by my passion for the written word, which is why i have been researching and compiling a book dedicated to the breed. With the assistance of Mr Brown and other commitee members this project is now complete, it has taken over 3 years to write and to compile and select the right photographs to grace its 120 glossy pages.
