Is my dog in heat?

• Is my dog in heat? cocok Posted : 3/12/2006 11:40:12 AM I have a 9 month old male puppy.  These past few weeks, he constantly whines by the door, and he wants to stay outside.   when I do bring him outside, he sprays every single lampost and curb.  I am not really sure how old dogs are when they go in heat.  I am getting him neutered so will  this behaviour stop?
