• amstaffy Posted : 6/6/2006 10:32:00 AM Lions and tigers and bears ...OH MY!!!!   That is either one of two BREEDS...I would venture Not a mix.   American Bulldog, if the jaw is undershot (can't tell in that picture) or American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier   The "ticking" under the coat is very often found on white dogs. • brookcove Posted : 6/6/2006 10:39:03 AM LOL, my chinese crested has the skin spots too - it's called lacing in that breed, where it is more a prominent characteristic for obvious reasons.[] Border collies get those spots too.  AND they have ticking type spots - same genetics as dalmations but nothing in common with that breed.  Actually a lot of the herding breeds have ticking.
