    yes another question from me

ok im sure im getting on everyones nerves by now constant questions but im new to this whole dog thing i mean ive owned dogs before but never a real pure bred or high maitenance dog Spencer is my first when i rescued him it was not from a rescue center but directly from the previous owners home and he was given to me free but the previous owner had no papers for him i say he is pure bred but only because that is what i was told and from pictures of other cresteds he looks the same as they do only with hair lol i was wondering if there is any way i could get papers for him even though i have no idea where his parents are or how to contact their owner

Go to [linkhttp://www.akc.org]www.akc.org[/link] and search for ILP numbers.  They will explain how to get papers so you can show him in AKC matches (obedience, rally, agility, etc).  You will need to have proof of neutering and two pictures if memory serves me correct.

Have fun with the little one!

Thank you for the link, altho we aren't really interested in showing him yet, he does have a few points on him as of now (he was shown by previous-previous owners as a pup he has 7 points I think) we're just mainly concerned with finding his papers. Eventually we'd like to become registered breeders as his bloodline produces beautiful dogs (we've seen his sister and pictures of other *relatives*) We really just want his papers for our own piece of mind- for now anyways but we love him either way even if he turns out to be a mutt! lol
