teach your dog to paint?

ok, I know it sounds crazy, but I wanna teach Zoey to paint. I've seen a few vids on youtube, and I'm convinced I can clicker train her to paint. HAs anyone else taught their dogs to paint??

Can you teach "touch" so she can dip her paw in fingerpaint, then touch the paper? Or were you thinking of a paintbrush in her mouth? This whole idea makes me giggle a bit. Big Smile You may need to get her a beret and a paint smock.

ETA: Oh, and for the love of Pete, don't forget your video camera.

We do clean painting here: paint glopped on the paper/board, covered with plastic sheeting and secured and then lured the dogs (or shape with a clicker) the dogs over the board to spread it around. We have 3 paintings done this way that will be hung in our new bedroom. Smile

LOL i was actually thinking of teaching her to hold a paintbrush. like this dog

That's hilarious. I guess you'd have to teach "hold/take" and maybe some modification of "touch" since the dog has to touch the paintbrush to the paper.
