Do you guys really not buy your milk in bags?

I know this is a slightly older thread, but I seriously had no idea milk came in bags! I live in Alberta and go to B.C frequently and I've never seen it. Just watching the video on youtube makes it look like alot of work lol. I just buy the 4L plastic jugs, but the idea of glass bottles sounds pretty good.

As for Kraft Dinner, I ALWAYS refer to it as "Orange Death". I absolutely hate the stuff!

woohoo!!  Told you it was awesome!!  :D

Question, someone earlier had said about cheese whiz in a can?  Your cheese whiz comes in a can?

I've never heard of milk in bags either!  Very interesting, but I'll take my jug....skim for me!

I also didn't know any stores required that you buy 2 gallons to get the lowest price.....maybe when the kids were still home we could go through that much, but not now!  I don't know of any stores around here with that requirement thank goodness!

I'm gonna be eating my mac and cheese with ketchup from now on. I have a ketchup loving client... I might suggest this to his mom.

in my elementary school (back in the early 90's) they converted our milk from cartons to bags. they even had a Jim Jenson Muppets video presentation explaining why and how. at first it was a great big mess... cause you had to lay the bag down.. place your hand over it carefully, then puncture it with the plastic straw. a lot of people got squirted, or the bag was handled too roughly.. but really everyone agreed it was better and more fun than the cartons.... TO A POINT!!

we did miss the milk cartons and their little comic strips and trivia facts printed on the back. but they made up for that by handing out Cow collector cards lol i still have mine actually... thinks like... Mooscow (Moscow) Loiuse and Cowlark, etc... but after i got into middle school, and moved away to another three different high schools i never saw milk in a bag again (except on my goat.. but i dont think thats what you mean)
