Leaf it ta Mom ta make me sound gooder than I am. OK .. now ya gotta no MY way ta tell it.
She didn't have eyes IN her hands ... but her momma said "She sees with her hands!" I don't get it.
We were at the Sit and Get Petted place this morning (Billy what does Mom n DAd say it?? Give .. yeah ..) GIVE KIDS THE WORLD. That's it.
We'd been there a WHILE an it was A GOOD petting day!! I made SOME GOOD friends! Then this little girl came along ... just a pup (for a kid she was puppy-sized ... ya no??) She had her hands out in front of her and her Mom said that "She sees with her hands".
I don't get it. She was SCARED tho ... so I sat REAL still. Mom 'n Dad liked that. I didn't wanna skeer her. So I just sitted. She touched my head just a tiny tiny touch ... and she jumped and giggled but I DIDN'T MOVE.
Strange ... the Mom said how my ears are her favrit part (Mom is ALWAYS playin wif my ears and I LIKE IT!!). I felt this little girl finally touch my ear a little. Then Mom got all embarassin and told this girl how LONG I am ... sheesh. I'm as long ... well, I'm as long as it TAKES to get from one end of me to another!!
I'd look pretty danged funny without the middle of me wouldn't I????
But suddenly this little girl was rubbing her hands all the way down me ... *gulp*
and shoot ... she didn't even stop at the end ... she wented all the way to the end of my TAIL!!!!! Now that is one BIG PETTING!!!!
Then Dad says how he likes to pretend my back is a piano (that the thing Dad makes all sorts of noises on!!) so he showed her how to rub up and down my backbone -- THAT tickled....
I was getting tired cos I was standing a LONG time not moving (cos I didn't want her to get skeered). But wow -- she liked it.
But wassup?? How can she see with her hands. Her eyes weren't ... rite. I don't think they worked. So ... Billy said it's like with the Fox ... his EARS didn't hear good no more so he used his nose more.
Billy says Kees eyes are pretty white ... an we NO she loses us if we gets fur ahead (her nose ain't worth stink much ... it's too shuved up in her face I guess)
so mebbe you think Kee's eyes don't work good?? Like mebbe that's why she'll be follerin you an if you get WAY Ahead she loses you?? What would that mean not to see things??
Ya spose it's like when Mom takes my ears and covers my eyes wif 'em??? I hear her. I FEEL her ... and I no she's gonna kiss my nose (she always does when she covers my ears). But ... wouldn't that be SCAREY if you didn't see???
I think I'm glad I didn't scare her. In fact ... I think I"m real glad I got ta meet her. I think *I* learned a bunch at The Sit an Get Petted Place yes-turdday!!
Yeah .. it's a good thing. REal good. And no ... I didn't hchase that old squirrel who lives on the angel walk ... I WANTTED to. But I think I"m glad I didn't.
