Guess my Mix-

    Guess my Mix-

She's my newest foster- almost 8 months old, weighs 40 pounds- short coat (not smoth, just short- not thick or double either) with very slight fringing on tail, very muscular, but lean body. On muzzle and ears- white hair is so short, she's pink!
I've heard husky/shep/bulldog from the shelter, husky/pit elsewhere. What do you think?

Could be shepherd/pit mixed. What ever she is she sure is cute.

I see pit bull.  Could she have a little bull terrier maybe?  She looks sweet.

From the photo looks like Shepherd/Pit - she seems to have the Pitty smile.

    I'd say Shepherd/Pitt... she's adorable!

It looks like the white german shepherd mixed with maybe husky. The way you described the body and coat make me think that. I dont see any pit but defintly a trace of Dogo Argentino which are pretty rare and a lot of people mistake as a pit! Anywho she's a beauty!

I'm inclined to agree with the others. There are white GSDs. White huskies don't occur from regular breeding but are an effect sought by certain breeders. 40 lbs at 8 months is pretty heavy. A female adult husky would weigh 45 to 50 lbs. I see pit shape to the face. Even husky mixes have longer fur in some places than your dog does. GSDs and Pits are very obedient breeds that are extremely trainable so get an early start and you'll have a Canine Good Citizen before you know it.

OK, absolutely some white shepherd, but the face is not shepherd.  Maybe pittie?

Ron, naturally, whites occur only one in two hundred times.....other than those who are deliberately breeding whites to whites.

My vote - Blue's cousin!  (check out member bluelightning - her dog has the same black mustache)

Dark spots under the white coat like that are pretty typical in bull breeds, right?  Eye setting looks kind of bully to me, too.

    (This guessing game is fun!)

I see my name is being called again!

He does look little bit like Blue.

I agree he has some shepherd in him but something about that face is telling me some other breed maybe some pitt in him.
