    Hi There!
     
    The Rhodesian Ridgeback is definitely a dog that has grabbed my attention.  I've researched them thoroughly, read every piece of information I could get my hands on about them!
     
    I'd really like to hear from some people who have a RR in their family, more about their experience with them.

    Hmmmm.... Well I've read all the basic descriptions and bio's of RR.   Is there anything that surprised you about this breed?

    oh yes, great thread!
    from my experience the males are more laid back and friendly, and the females are a little more high strung and aloof. All of the bios say that they're high energy-i would not consider them a high energy dog. They're athletic, yes, but not hyper. I love this breed and will never be without one! ask me if you have any more questions.
