While visiting the Santa Anita Racetrack in CA a few days ago, I glimpsed this cute pair of dogs. The one is obviously a Border Collie...but the other one is driving me nuts because I feel like I've seen a picture of a dog like that in a dog book somewhere, but I just can't put my finger on what the heck it is! Some kind of Griffon or something like that...unless it's a mix that just happens to have similar characteristics to some particular breed. I suppose it could be a Golden/Pointer mix or maybe even just a Golden/Poodle...but I like to think it was some cool rare breed [
] When I first saw it the two names that popped into my head were Griffon Fauve de Bretagne and Dutch Smoushound, though I couldn't remember exactly what either looked like...
Of course the easy way to find this out would have been to go up to the owner and ask... [8|]
