I'm trying to figure out what kind of dog I have. I found her as a stray and after much trepidation decided to keep her. She's become a part of our family and has some temperament characteristics of a chihuahua but she doesn't look like one to me...
She's apx. 1.5 yrs. (according to the vet) and she's very 'talkative' she'll grow and mutter back when you talk to her...she has a HUGE personality and when she's in trouble she'll try to 'discuss' it with you..ha. She's adorable...and is truly a lap dog, but she'll also run crazy around the apartment when she wants to play. She tries to bury her rawhide in the couch and if that won't work I've watched her try to drag a comforter across the room to put over her toys and so forth that she wants to bury. She shakes when she's nervous which isn't often..only when we go for a ride somewhere and she'll try to dig her way into a room if the door is closed. She can be pretty friendly and is wary of kids sometimes but does well with my daughter. I just can't figure her out..any help?
