Hello, i´ve got a mistery dog!

    • Gold Top Dog
She looks like a long-haired version of Rockytopp's dog in the "mystery breeds" thread.  Whatever she is, she's 100% cute!

No she's not too small. Am Cockers run about 18 lbs and Paps are more like 6. The description of the Phalene doesn't work cuz she has drop-over ears like a Pug, not spaniel ears.

Around here, English Cockers are more common than American ones, but I suppose it´s possible. By drop-over ears, do you mean something like this:
    Her ears are definitely similar.

Great pic! I see the similarity. My dog could be a mixture of a Chi or Chi mutt and some other small long-hair dog.Are all Chis feisty and nervous? If so, my dog hasn´t got a Chi personality. She gets along well with everybody, dogs and humans.

I can't say for other chi owneres but our Woofy is not feisty at all, he loves people,I don't think he is nervour either, he loves it when my nieces come over he is straight over to them, he plays with all my dogs except for GSD he hates.
After we got Woofy I wanted more chi's they grow on you especially when they give you that look and flutter their eyes at as if to say ain"t I adorable
I think your dogs is exaclty what your have been told I can see both those breeds in her.
    and she is so PRETTY

Thanks! I guess the Chis I see around here poorly bred, they don´t look or act like your dog.

I'm voting Chi and King Charles Spaniel. Sometimes after they are fully grown you will get a better idea. She sure is cute!

I totally see the papillon! What a cutie your dog is! I have been loving papillons lately! You are lucy to have such a sweet looking dog (what ever she may be)

It occurs to me that she may be more than a mix of two purebreds, and I see some Sheltie in there too.  The feet remind me of some of the small Spaniels.  Whatever she is, she's cute as a button.
