What breed is my new puppy?

I work at a kennel and those who come in claiming they had those done and then tell us what it said their dog is...it is just way off. To me the coolest thing about having a mix is never really knowing what they are a mix of. Plus, you have to think about what breeds it is more likely to be as to what strays are running around mostly.
