    Chris is a moderator there, and the information she provides on that forum is phenomenal!  You can learn a TON from her, no matter what line of dog you've got.
     
    She's very opinionated and strong willed, and that's what makes her such a good breeder, mentor, and trainer.  Everybody tells her she should write a book (and she should xD).  Seriously, that is, IMO, THE best GSD forum there is and there are all kinds of people.  And we all share the love of the German Shepherd Dog.

    This tendency to behaviorally profile East German, West German, Belgian and Czech Shepherds cannot be done. You will find any and all in each source of German Shepherd. To know about "traits" look at the parents and other offspring and you can get a small sense of what the dog will be, given a certain life and exposure. Traits are but one thing given from parent to offspring.     Jerry

    Before you buy a puppy go to www.pedigreedatabase.com

    ask them questions they are up front people, on both working line and show lines. also check OFA and ask for copy's of them don't just take their word for it.

    some breeders will "A" stamp their dogs and you can get proof of them also.
