No cobbiness...the ears and easet are all wrong and there is no Beagle in that cute face either...but a whole lotta terrier! • RockyTop Posted : 3/21/2007 10:26:36 AM Last week our vet informed us that Rocky has tattoos in both ears. A blue line about 1/2 an inch long, at the base of his ear near the top of his head. She said that breeders sometimes tatoo their puppies and that places that use dogs for medical testing will tattoo their dogs.
