For those of you that remember my friend at work, Lydia. She had adopted Chloe the senior lab and then adopted Maverick a beautiful human boy.

Maverick went in for his 6 month checkup Friday. There was some concerns, a CAT scan yesterday showed blood on the brain. They lifeflighted him to Childrens hospital in Little Rock. They are going to do surgery this morning to remove and or repair a hematoma on the brain. They were able last night to drain some of the blood off his brain, today they will address the problem and repair it.

I know what the vibes and prayers here can do...this little family is so deserving of a miracle.

Maverick just went back to the O.R.. Surgeon says he will do one large hold instead of the 2 small originally thought for drainage. He is also saying he will need more than one operation. Thanks for all your support I know Lydia is feeling you lifting them up today.

Maverick is out of surgery. The update that we got was by text and was that the surgery went well, Mom and Dad are waiting to see their baby boy. Please keep those prayers and vibes coming as there was some indication earlier that it might take more than one surgery to resolve. I will keep you informed. Thanks everyone.
