Thanks again everyone. My aunt had a really bad night Friday night and was taken back to the hospice Saturday morning. All day yesterday she was getting up and laying down repeatedly no knowing what she was doing or where she was or who we were. She was not saying anything coherent. My mom and I got to the hospice around 6:30 last night and my other aunt had been with her all day helping her when she got up and down. She finally rested for a couple of minutes, got up one more time, and then when she got back into bed, had a gran mal seizure. That was so hard to see. The nurses came into the room faster than anything and took over. They gave her lots of meds, but she wasn't calming down. I stayed until eleven last night and she was still very uncomfortable with a really high blood pressure. The nurses didn't think she would make it through the night and I'm waiting to hear back from my mom, who stayed there, but hopefully she is sleeping.
I hate seeing her go this way, as the nurses say she is most likely having a lot of pain in her head. There are tumors in her brain as well, which is wha they believe caused all of this. I will update again when I can. Thank you all so much.
