Gracie's brother, Cobalt, has osteosarcoma (Miranadobe)

 Ugh they're in my thoughts! Both Cobalt and his owners. I know all too well how devastating it is to find out your dog has cancer. My sister and I are donating some money to them. I hope he feels better!

Paige, he looks fantastic in the pool!  I'm so glad that he's doing well.

Good job Cobey!  Seems like such a strong guy, Im glad he has someone who is willing to go the extra mile for him.

Proof, my minpin swims fast and far, but maybe its different because hes not so big as a dobe but hes built simiular.

It's a little overdue, but thought I'd update those who are interested.  I received this update from Cobey's mom earlier this month:

"Today Cobey received his 6^th and final chemotherapy treatment.  His chest films were clear and his labs were all normal!   Although we loved everyone at NEVOG, we pray that the only time we’ll need to visit is for his quarterly check-ups!  Cobey sends his love, and looks forward to getting stronger and starting his new career as a therapy dog."

OMD!  Paige, that's awesome news.  I so hope that he gets to live the rest of his normal life span with is loving family.

Oh man, I was almost afraid to check this thread but what awesome news. Woohoo for Cobalt and his family. I love it when things go this way.

 Well, Cobey did well, even through a subsequent Achilles tendon tear.  The litter turned 9 years old on Saturday the 12th, and then Cobey was found dead Wednesday morning.  I assume it was a heart attack, I haven't been given any specifics other than he was playing the night before and then found dead in the morning on the bathroom floor.  So sad for his family.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about Cobey's passing (((hugs)))
