I hope you do great, today, Maska! NO mast cells, and NO problems with surgery!

 We still don't know the nature of the tumor, which is being sent for biopsy, but he went through his surgery just fine.  He was the only one who was drunk here on New Year's Eve.  I love my vet for fitting him in (next regular surgery date would have been on the 27th!).  He has a cone on, and has been whining since 2:00 PM yesterday;-)  I take it off when he has to go out, because he won't pee if it's on...  For some reason, he feels like he cannot sniff for the appropriate spot with that thing on his head.  But, today he is settled on his couch napping.  He had his morning cookie today and was very happy to take his pills with a lap of peanut butter. 

????  How the heck to I manage to miss so much??

Glad he came through the surgery well, and here's hoping, wishing and praying for no bad cells!

ps Bugsy says Maska if you promise to not touch your ouchie your mom might take that cone off. It freaked me way out so I didn't have to wear it if I left my booboo alone!

Thanks, Bugsy, but I just can't help it, it's itchy, so I lick it every time my cone is off - mom makes me wear it all the time, except when I go outside to go pee and poop, 'cuz for some reason, I don't bother it then.  She says maybe that's 'cuz I'm so busy trying to keep my feet out of the snow:-))

Honestly, you might want to try some Hylands Calms -- it's not habit-forming at all and it might help calm things down just a bit. (you can give 2 every six hours -- Calms you can actually give with food if it's easier)

I'm just seeing this now too.  Willow is wishing Maska a fast recovery and no bad cells!
