Keep Mr. Bear in your thoughts please

Small update:  Bear seems to be stabilizing, no seizures since Thursday a.m.  We have an appt. w/ a TCVM vet/acupuncturist on Tuesday to get a 2nd opinion on treatment options.  Thank you again everyone for your kind words and good thoughts.  It's been a scary few days.

The acupuncturist should be helpful. Pirate loves going to his, he usually snoozes right through. I wrote BEAR on my calendar on Tuesday so I know to think extra about him. (Oh the things you learn, from Callie!)

Glad to hear he's a little better; sending lots of healing vibes your way.

It's TUESDAY! I hope Bear does well at the acupuncturist. I drew some hearts around his name on my calendar so he should feel EXTRA loved from me!

Thanks, Meg.  I should know in a couple of hours - his appt. is at 2:15p.  I am hopeful.  He is so much better now than he was over the weekend.  The confusion, clumsiness, and what seemed like forgetfulness of everyday routines seems to have finally subsided.  I don't want to be complacent, though.  I know there is potential for future seizures, so am trying to do the right thing for him.  Will post later (though I have dial-up at home, may or may not be successful).

I so hope the appointment went well.  Always good thoughts for Bear & you.  ((HUGS))
