I'm sorry, but no prayer is going to help this.  You need to speak to your dog's vet to rule out a medical issue.  If there is nothing wrong with Fox medically, you need to re-train him to go to the bathroom outside.

Scolding is not an effective method for teaching a dog to do his business outside.  You need to help Fox understand what you want him to do, instead of just yelling at him for doing what you do NOT want him to do.  There is plenty of help on this forum for teaching a dog to "go" outside.

Please do not give up your dog over this.

I agree with Kate.  This forum is full of help for just such a problem. I also want to add that dog training isn't something miraculous, it's something that people do every day.  To house train your dog, you need to be consistent with FOX.  Make sure to take him outside before you think he'll need to potty.  Praise him for pottying outside.  But, if you yell at him when he goes inside, all you'll do is make him scared to go to the bathroom in front of you, even outside, he'll think you don't want him to potty at all.  He doesn't rationalize like we do.  So when you catch him going inside you say "OUTSIDE" firmly but not angrily. Pick him up, or lead him outside, again without frustration.  And then when he finishes or goes outside tell him what a good boy he is.  If you find potty after the fact, and you feel you need to scold, scold yourself as it's your fault you weren't paying attention to FOX... it's your job to keep him from going potty inside.

    It's that simple!

You mentioned that this #1 & #2 in the house bit has been brought on since after receiving a rabie vaccination. Are you aware that some dogs have reactions to these drugs just like people can with vaccinations? Perhaps you'll want to seek out a holistic veterinarian to see all this from another professional view. Can I suggest that when your dog wizzes in your home, be firm in saying no or outside (like Sera suggested - btw I agree) but pour vinegar over the wizz and say firmly "mine". The dog will take the new scent that you covered his with as the dominant scent. He shouldn't go in that spot again. I learned that in dog training. If the vaccination timing is coincidental with this go go go problem, have a complete exam done. If this dog is older it could be incontinence and try using the lowest dose of Proin or Natural Resources brands on pills to give. How about cranberry extract (pill) to help the urinary tract system function well. Does your dog have separation anxiety and can't control himself? Can you give more information?

On relaxing yourself - Instead of letting these issues get to you remember that this little dog that you love cannot communicate the same language you speak. You have to get on the dogs level. Relax yourself and be gentle because your dog doesn't get your frustrations.

And pray all you want ...the opportunity will be offered! Good Luck.

I just read another post about Fox on another site, where you say:

Fox got 1st spanking for refusal to do his duties outside plus to boot a very fustrated owner . So FOX spending night in the laundry room . How will this effect our bonding relationship together than ?

If you are hitting the dog every time it refuses to go pee or poop outside then the poor dog is most likely confused. Please dont hit the dog. I will pray for your dog,  that you will STOP hitting it and get it some training...it's your fault the dog is doing it's duties in the house, has nothing to do with the rabies shot. How would you like it if every time someone sat you on the toilet and for some reason you couldn't go you go hit. Think about it geez!!!!
