Prayers needed. NDR

I need prayers for strength and encouragement, we are going to court tomorrow (wed) to speak to the judge about our daughters adoption. We have been foster parents for over three years and have been through the ringer. They are now saying no more placements, after our adoption is done. We are going to tell the judge about it tomorrow, we are basically being blackballed and it sucks. So, we are going to tell the judge and hopefully he will LISTEN and give us some ideas. So pray that we speak the truth and that what is right will be heard and responded too. This is very stressful for us.

Fingers and paws crossed here for you, Julie. Gee, you'd think with so many kids being abused and neglected the *powers that be* would be overjoyed to have good, responsible people ready to adopt.

Things went pretty awful, they have decided no more placements for us ever! I am sad and dissapointed, but can do nothing about it.
For now, we have the date for finalizing our adoption on June 19th and then we are done.

You have to beleive that this was in God's plan. I am sorry that I missed this post yesterday, but I do have faith that things will work out the way they are supposed to. Just keep praying and your keep your faith strong and God's plan will always prevail.

Gosh, am just now seeing this and I'm sorry I missed it. Life has been a tad bit hectic......

Heavens, I don't understand this...unless you have limited space? When we were getting ready to leave the state I still got hit with TWO siblings for an emergency, few day placement.....that lasted over a month before they found another home. Good and devoted foster parents are soooo hard to find. I'm sorry for you that this happened.

Thanks everyone I guess there are reasons for everything. I am so blessed to have the three kids I have and that I got the chance to change a life for the better. Not everyone can say that. Our adoption will be final and we will be free to move on with life as WE see fit, so for that I am glad.

I appreciate the thoughts and prayers I am trying hard to move forward and be positive.
