I didn't see this on the news, I guess I might not have watched that day, or it was on at a time I don't watch at. I was almost actually shocked by this, but only almost. Then I remembered that it was in Philadelphia, and I remembered being told at orientation to beware of the kids here. Neither myself nor anyone I know has been approached by a group of kids, and I was beginning to think the warnings were perhaps a bit silly. I realize now that they weren't.
