I have a co-worker whose mom has Alzheimer's. They have called the family in less than an hour ago and she is 4 hours away. Please send you I dog vibes for a safe trip for Sandy and a peaceful passing for her Mom.

Oh gosh -- that is so difficult. There is such a gamut of emotions in that because it's such a dreadful disease and leaves so much carnage in the wake because this is NOT the person they all knew. Prayers for Sandy and her family -- especially her Mom.
