Well, she's thinner by the day, now, although a little spring is, amazingly, still in her step, and she still gets up at the same times, finds everything, knows where her water bowl and bed are, and greets the other dogs and me with a wee wag when she sniffs us. But, I know that she is fading rapidly. I would like prayers and vibes for her to last as long as she's happy and pain free, and then to join her friends at the bridge peacefully. My wish is that she will die at home of old age in her sleep (she sleeps a lot now, probably because she can't hear the things that wake the others up), although I will help her if I have to. She's been a good, happy dog, and while I always considered her as Inez's dog who I was just minding, I love her as my own and will miss her when she's gone. She is 20 years and 9 months old, an admirable accomplishment for any little dog.
