House Training my Coco.... Help needed

Ok so heres what i need help with my cute little 9wk old Pekachi named CoCo is haveing some issues.

First of all she seems very smart but is very stubborn at time she knows her name and will come every time I call her. She loves to walk on leash she wasn't happy about it at first but now she loves her harness and leash so were proud of her there.

But what she having problems with is the potty training she does so good when we are out or at work on going to her puppy pad to does her business... we are useing the pads because she so small and her bladder is so small we cant expect her to hold it for 8hrs so we thought that if we gave her a safe to go then that would be better than haveing her go all over my bathroom, This being said she does great when shes in the bathroom and all her stuff is in there she hardley ever misses.... we even put a pad in empty kitty litter box a new one of course and she will go it somethimes. The problem we are havein with her is when we are home we take her out but she has to go so much that i think she forgets where her pad is any help here at all should we have multiple pads downs in different rooms? There for a while i could tell her CoCo go peepee and she would go right over to her pad and pee but then its like we degressed instead of progressed... Help needed here!

Ok the last thing is her biting.... Now i know she is teething but im worried cause sometimes she gets agressive and can hurt us sometime we try to direct here something else that she can bite into but sometimes I think my hands taste better... lol. I have found that if i play with her for like a hour straight or untill shes about to pass out that it helps and also i went to store to find somethin that would fit her perfect little mouth and i found a product my Nylabone it called Healthy Edibles (http://www.nylabone.com/products/edibles/healthy-edibles/roast-beef-flavored-bone.htm) she loves them i bought a pack of the petite 3days ago and one is already ate up but what else can help with the teething?

I know its kinda long sorry but i really want to fix these problems before it becomes a habit.

Coco is 9 weeks old. Shes a baby, she will forget. She is not being aggressive, shes 9 weeks old. When she bites you, yelp (LOUD) and playtime ends.
