People have told me my method sounds similar to Kevin Behan. I've read reviews of
Natural Rearing[/i] and he sounds a bit out there. Which concerns me. LOL. Is this book worth my time? Two things in particular sound fishy - one is that they say his writing style is very abstract and that typically puts me to sleep. The other is that his book mentions lots of long line leash corrections which is something I really don't like. I had a dog with a collapsed trachea a long time ago - not from leash corrections but it made me sensitive to damaging this area. And I've found one can get by without having to use these.
Apologies if this has come up before and this amounts to abusing the proverbial expired equine.
