    Jesus' eating issue....

Hi Everyone...I just want to know everyone's opinion on when to feed their pets.

My dog is having some trouble adjusting to a recent move.  He used to eat twice a day once at 8am and once at 6:30pm.   Since moving, he hasn't been on a consistent eating schedule like before.   I've tried offering food to him and then removing it if he hasn't touched it in 30 minutes.  But it doesn't seem to phase him.  I've also attempted to give his kibbles a different taste and added some gravy to his food.  He only licks the gravy off and leaves the kibbles behind.  I found that if I leave the kibbles available to him all day he will eat small amounts throughout the day but i'm not sure if this is the proper way to go about this issue.  Even after long walks and trips to the dog park, he's not interested in his food.   We've taken him to the vet and there are no health issues.  The stress from the move must be the reason for the loss of appetite.  Just looking for everyone's thoughts.

    Thanks in advance...

I feed my chi's twice a day as well, once at 5am and once at 5pm. I'd just give him time. If he used to eat well and now doesn't, it seems to be related timing wise to the move. If you start doing all sorts of crazy things to the food like changing adding etc, it may just make things worse. If you would like to change what he is eating all together, it's quite easy to feed pre-made raw to a small dog. I'd watch his weight and just make sure that he isn't losing.
