I'm not sure you need to medicate your dog. You may but I'm not a vet so I wont suggest any prozac.
What I did with my barker(my now dogs are quiet but I had a lab that barked and barked and barked at everything) was to teach her to speak on command. Yes I know dumb eh? But after I taught her to speak, I taught her "Quiet". She'd be barking away and I would be barking right along with her then I would say Quiet, and stop barking. As soon as she stopped I would praise and treat. Then we would start all over. Soon she wouldn't bark unless I told her to. That is until something moved, like a leaf or a squirrel, or a tree, or a car, or a deer, or ... well you get it. The I would say Quiet and she would! It was great. I had to keep up with the training though cause if I didn't for a couple of weeks she would forget. I just couldnt ingrain it in her.
